Sounds like a bad connection , The amp on the radio is going into protect, but that doesnt shut off the output of the rca's.So thats why your sub plays but the highs dont . If you put the radio in, make sure all connections are good, and that there is no strands of wire that could be touching metal or another speaker wire behind the deck . If thats all good , then you could have a poor connection at one of the speakers, or possible a bad speaker . Try disconnecting 1 at atime and see if you can get it to shut off when you hit a pothole or whatever. usually if its a factory connection and no one has ever touched it or spliced it, they usually dont go bad. Try tat and let us know what you have found.

Ya its not going to be a converter, they rarely go bad .But it sounds like the 02 sensor went bad. A slow response does not mean you are running rich. Seriously you guys are picking things out of your asses, if you dont know or even have a clue ,you should probably not say anything . Best thing to do is clear the code, and see if it comes back on .If it does, then it needs to be hooked to a scanner to see the actual 02 readings . Or you could take the chance and replace the sensor . Your call.

I dont use fuses, its another connection which means more resistance and less power, then again i dont daily its just a burp vehical.

Those best results on the meter or overall sound quality in the truck? I'm not looking to compete at all I just want the best sound to the ear Loudest to ear, i never put them on the meter.most builds were just for daily.

You can def fit more subs in a clamshell,and there are def some loud rides out there with this kind of set up.

Subs forward port towards pass side were the best results i have ever gotten. Sometimes its tough to build it this way, but has always been worth it.

I think its a bad idea, why dont you just do a 4th order bp.I assume you are trying to get the system to play a broader band width.In the box you showed you would have only 1 sub hitting louder on certian freq, and if you did a bp you would have 2 subs on those same freq,so it would be louder.
