I use this

http://www.autozone.com/autozone/accessories/Schumacher-75-20-10-2-Amps-speed-charge-automatic-battery-charger-engine-starter/_/N-2604?counter=1&filterByKeyWord=charger&fromString=search&itemIdentifier=58755_0_0_

It goes up into 15v for around five minutes the automatically drops between 13-14v until 100% then drops to 13.2 float charge until you disconnect charger. good luck.

14V needs to be charged in the 16.5-16.8 range and will rest around 15.2. 1500watts per battery for competition use and 3000watts of power per battery for daily use.

2.4V per cell is the optimal charge rate. 14V battery has 7 cells in it, so that puts you at 16.8V
