I ran a BX-12 for all of maybe 1 day in Law's Maxima to see how it sounded on his 3-10's. I never mounted it, just hooked up all the neccessary connections/pwr/gnd/rem and rca's and checked the difference between the BX-12 alone, the Epic-160 alone, and the 2 together. It worked perfectly and made the bass nice and FULL plus it gives you a dash mounted knob/gain control which we were also seeking after realizing his Bxi8000 5 chann wasn't knob compatible. The only reason I didn't leave it in there was Law was "dead set" on having an epic-160 Like I have and the built in mic feature was "too cool" to pass up so the epic-160 stayed and the BX-12 came out and back in the box. Not to mention, The epic does the same bass enhancement role and has the mic so it won in this case. He's atually selling that BX-12 so if you were in the market There ya go. Pm him or me and I'm sure we could work out a cool price for ya but as I said it IS all but BNIB-ran for maybe 5 hours or testing.
