Im so freaking nervous and happy at the same time. The house we looked at we offered 75k for it and is most likely will come back with a positive aproval. I've never owned anything like this and it makes me feel grown up it seems like. There is a car port to work on my prelude as i dont have the white gmc truck anymore with the audioque woofers. I've done marked the back room as music room with my large drum set and guitars lmao.
