I have an optima batt and a Walmart batt. The Walmart batt is for the amp and computer alone. Is that good enough? and I have a scangauge as a voltmeter.

That will work for the moment, just watch the voltage when your jammin real loud, turn it down if it gets too low.

I'd probably try to at least get another optima for the back. Or maybe a Kinetik or XS Power.

But you should be okay at the moment, at least you have an extra batt!

You can get the sub first, and maybe save for the better batt later? That's what I'd do anyway!
