SilveradoGoesBang Posted February 22, 2011 Report Share Posted February 22, 2011 in a suv is it better to make a wall for your subs or put the subs facing up with the port going towards the back or is there somthing better than those two opitions. also if u go with a wall does it need to be completely sealed off from the back of the car? jshark5 Posted February 22, 2011 Report Share Posted February 22, 2011 Iv seen db tests of subs back port back vs subs front port front and you lose dbs. Kinda makes sence and kinda doesn't. A wall fully sealed from the back is making it a more compact space so your going to get more air movement (well built I may add) due to such a small space.
