Going from trunk car to single cab truck

if u give me dimensions tomorrow of the space u have including what ur willing to lose i can design u up a box. i just finish a box for my buddys ranger (same truck as urs) is probably more than what ur willing to do his truck is cut up a little.

i can do the design, its no biggie. i just gotta make sure i have enough cubes or if i could even get away with 2 sa8s what sucks is i for sure want ported, i dont want to run sealed

but for sure from floor to rear window line is 22in, and from one side to the other is 35in. i dont mind building box in truck

with thoose trucks the cab support is low a will make the box tip forward in my buddys truck i had to cut that out today for the box to fit. plus we cut the speaker pods of in the back to fit his big box. u have to do more work to get a ranger or mazda b series truck to fit 2 plus cube boxes

And run aero's. They generally require less in^2 per ft^3. Plus the plastic is thinner than your mdf causing less displacement by port.

im the one with the ranger jsawdy212 is talking i can get picture and video up soon well everyone says blow thur but fuck that my truck did 143.5 with one 12 i mean me and my boy all have single cabs and i think it's more fun try to get a single cab loud over a single cab with a blow thur

Single cabs truck can get very loud, in the kick usually.

But your truck doesn't have hardly any room behind the seats. Not for anything worthwhile.

And lowend really depends on tuning, not resonance frequency, most of the time.

If you tune low, your going to have good lowend regardless.

well i do have 2 4in flared aeros hanging around but didnt like how they sounded when i used them. they sounded peaky, i was only loud at certain freqs, didnt have wide range, idk. so what would you guys recommend? im only trying to get 1 sa12 in ported i was thinking maybe sub firing foward passenger side and port up driver side
