Thanks for the compliments.

When I checked to make sure everything was square, it wasnt. You can see the gap at the bottom of the square. So I threw it away and cut new pieces.

I cut these pieces big so they can trimmed and rounded

Flush bit for the router squared everything really nicely

3/4" round over bit to take the edge off, just a little bit of sanding and it should be nice

just looked through all 6 pages, had me hooked on when i saw the amps you were using. That the second biggest t2500 ive seen, the only 1 ive seen that puts out more does 3430x1 @ 1ohm

Went to home depot tonight and priced some wood for the rest of the box. I'm really leaning towards birch over mdf for the rest of it. The weight difference was really impressive, plus the birch was only 10.00 more
