It's that same fuckin' muppet that did a review on a sub he never owned. Douche nozzle! What's worse is that some people buy into his B.S. Too bad he blocked you. You could have treated his ass. lol

I made a little response to him on the video to mix things up a bit. That part about the "healthy ass kicking" really chapped my ass.

That guy's a friggin asshat, fuck 'em.

$100 free towards the new sub from the G-Ma in-lawwoot.gif Only roughly $400 to go lol.

Got looking at it and tossing idea's around in my head, and figure I'll see what you guys think.

DC XL, several extra's options, P.H. of 2200rms "rated", ~$480+. ( 2200 and price before adding on options)

AA Mayhem, no chance of extra's, 2500rms "rated", $489

SP4, several extra's options, 2500rms "rated", $464-534 (2500 is before any of the addon's)

and I have no Idea if there's shipping on top of any of these prices. On a happy note, talked to the bank today and got pre-approved to buy a house woot.gifcray.gif

I'm sure you will be happy with any of those subs. Congrats on the house.

Still looking for a house right now, funny thing is that they did my pre-approval based on JUST me, not including my wife since she has a higher college debt to money making ratio than me.

Also got another $50 towards a new sub today along with $50 in Home Depot gift cards! Guys got any suggestions on tools? Just got a circular saw, jig saw, and new drill for X-mas, was think either some clamps, or a orbital sander, or maybe a router. I don't see the router being used too much other than on box builds, kinda leaning towards a decent sander or somethin instead since I can use that more later down the road than I would a router.

I would go with a nice orbital sander. If you do any custom work your hands will thank you. Hand sanding is rough.

Well, news update, bought a Ridgid 5" orbital with variable speed. Was looking at already having $150 saved towards the new sub, and planned on getting it in the beginning of February when I get an extra paycheck for unpaid overtime. Plans changed though, all money is going towards buying a house now. Might not be til early summer that I get the sub and probably not til mid to late summer when I get a new ride.

Here's some pics from the realtor of the house if you guys wanna see it. Should hopefully close and then move in around the middle of March or so.

It's a great yard and has lots of space. Bummer about the sub and new ride but the house has to come first. It will be summer before you know it.

Mainly what sucks is the initial costs. We had only been looking for about 2 weeks when we found this place, so our initial plans on getting the down payment and everything set up went out the window. We're borrowing money from both our parents to cover the shitty ass apartment termination costs and down payment, but I'm pretty sure that we will be able to pay them back by the time we move in, sometime in March probably. Hopefully I will be able to get my tax returns then so that can cover the cost of the sub and down payment on a car. Told the wife that and she goes "your going to use our tax returns for a sub?" and I kinda went pardon.giflol. We'll see though, still going through and signing all the paperwork, setting up inspections, other and stuff.
