I don't have a history of researching Mazda's so I don't know what you could get the price down too. Ya go ahead and bi-amp your next setup so you can get more experience with high end component sets. To bi-amp with passive X-overs the only x-over you need on an amp is a high pass and shoot for around 60 to 8 0 hertz. I like to use the 4th Chevelle album Vera-something or other LOL can't remember the name of the album but the drums on track 2,3,and 4 are very potent. I turn my crossover up past 100 hertz and turn my stereo up to my maximum loudness and slowly turn my highpass crossover down until I hear the mids pop on the drum beats. Then I turn the crossover back up a little until the popping stops and that is about as low as you can go with out damaging your mids. Since these components aren't cheap they are able to go a lot lower then your average mids that are on the market. Yea, sadly that one sold, but I found another in a sweet blue that I like!! I cant wait to get it, my system is gonna be pretty kick ass, I am going to baby this car !!! I will have to try those songs out!! I took everything out of my van 2 days ago and let me say, I am missing my QS Very much!!!! my only concern is weighing down the new car with all this stuff, ha ha, my van feels like a sports car with it all out!!
