The SMD's work well in smaller boxes, and you have a ton of power on tap, so you reallymight not need that large of a box. And I would also try to double-up the entire box...maybe flush mount the subs as well. Those port specs are wrong as well. Four 6" aeros in an 11.5ft^3 box are going to need to be 22.5" long each to achieve a 32hz tuning.

I figured out why it's suggesting 17", because it's finding port length based on the GROSS volume before any displacements, not with the NET volume after all displacements(14.6ft^3 vs 11.5ft^3)...a very big flaw to have, especially in a calc that other people are using to build boxes. Torres needs to find out a way to fix this, and quick.

The problem I see is your depth limiting the amount of port length you can use. If you want to use four 6" aeros they're going to be too close to the back wall once installed. I came up with something that's 9.5ft^3 with a 33hz tuning, doubled up all around, but port length needs to be 26" each.

the max length of the aero ports is 17inch

You can make them longer using your own thin-wall PVC, which you're going to have to do...you could do a slot port, but it would take up too much volume.

And actually, if you want to just do a double baffle and have it one layer everywhere else(with adequate bracing), you can do something like 11.5ft^3 at 33hz with 21" long ports. That will give you 4.25" from the back wall once installed, which is fine for an aeroport.

the bracing im gonna use is gonna be a 2x2 steel tube and also ima resin the inside and make the 45 degree angles

but you keep forgetting the max length of the aero ports is 17"

I said before that you're going to need to make them long by going out and buying your own thin-wall PVC...contact psp-inc about getting just the flares and coupling rings, and buy the PVC yourself. 17" port length is going to give you a 36hz tuning.
