You have nice welds man, mad props for the patience to do all those welds with a 110v and a torch

thanks bro, haha surprisingly only takes extra 5 or so mins with torch to get it hot enough to accept weld and the funny thing is my welder isnt even at full potential because i have a 10 amp breaker and welder needs 15 to get max power

i wish i had more shit to weld up to practice my welds but that there was me not touching welder in couple weeks and just trying different techniques n shit but it turned out well

Start building minitrucks. I have so much metal everywhere, scraps from all different stages of the build, and iv never throw away a piece of metal in my life. Somewhere local you could probably find a shop that considers it junk and throws it in big bins stashed around the shop. they would love if you came and took it, you should ask around. You do need to get a bigger breaker tho bro, on that low of power those welds cant be biting as hard you kno? another good way to get more penetration is making a larger ground clamp. on my 110v I had a 2/0awg Fosgate clamp 8). In your garage upping a 10a to 15a breaker should be fine with the existing wiring but no higher

i go to my brother every once and a while for some steel and yeah i know its not full pen but its good enough for what i need shit with my moped is simple simple work and the occasional weld for speaker box or something im just a hobbyist haha but i will look into my brothers shop for some steel to grab and play with

Anybody can build minitrucks, but it just takes time, money, drive, trial and error, and alot of it for all stated. il def follow the build of 4 15s in the lumina, that sounds bad ass! when you start it shoot me the link to your thread!

thats awesome even for hobby welding, because its a trait thats just good to have in your lifetime because things will always come up that require it :good:

installing a breaker is a bitch. I was gonna do 3 lines of 220 and a separate breaker box in the garage and it was gonna be like 4 grand. Im sure I could learn it but just havnt had time to do it, or money for supplys cause my money goes into the s20.
