cutting sub holes in double baffle

Is it easier to glue them together and just cut the top one twice, second time only cutting the top piece. Or cutting them separately then gluing them together?

i think its easiest & most accurate to cut both at the same time, its just harder on ur blade .

I always cut the bottom layer first, then glue on the second layer and use a flush trim bit to get the second hole to match up.

Down cut or spiral down cut or whatever its called. But the front one I'm going to round over.

Sorry if I didn't make this clear, but I'm flush mounting the sub. Hence the round over on the front one.
