bignickk Posted March 27, 2011 Report Share Posted March 27, 2011 hey guys, i bought a "fat" ps3 used 2 months ago and it has been working fine ever since. but yesterday it randomly shut off during a black ops match (only game i play) i restarted it and now everytime i tunr it on about 15 seconds later it shuts off. i have no clue what it can be. i dont think its over heating because the ps3 is always cold and is in a good ventilated area. any ideas? I barely play it, but all it needed was a hard drive format, and I just plugged it into my desktop (laptop hard drive with the same connections, so why not), and it's been fine ever since.
