ryzaa Posted March 28, 2011 Author Report Share Posted March 28, 2011 Yeah.., perhaps I will let you all know what is going on.. - Rebuilding the old box with a 5mm plate around it - Battery box with 6 Trojan 8 volt cells and then another 10 on top. - 350amp 16-19 volt variable alternator just for starters.. - 2 amps putting out 23kw [rated power at 18 volt] between them. - 4 x 15 inch subs - 3 6.5 inch mids and 2 tweeters per side up front. We dont have room for even another 18mm layer! Steel cost me nothing, and working with steel is easy. The steel also doubles as the brackets on the edges.
