after 3 days on the end cap they are finally primered and ready for 600 grit sanding

making end caps first outta wood with amps taped off and tape waxed up

motor mounted and checking for the speed. I used the sprockets to slow down the rpm without loosing tourque

chain and sprocket welded just need to attach the power window motor

chunky good old kitty hair laid out. We used kitty hair so the panel wouldn't flex or tweek

classic kitty hair new look for the packaging
