fi has great customer service no doubt. but all my experiences with the btls have been dissappointing. i had the 15" it sounded awesome!!!! but kept losing those freakin' leads!! i had the 12" and it flying all over the place like it was ready to blow. i was also dissappointed with sound quality too. scott's a cool guy but that's my experience.

UPDATE: he smoked his Orion subs in a big way so maybe it wasnt the Fi's fault after all
