Loud Avalanche
Hello everyone, I have been competing in spl competitions for the last few years using a chevy avalanche. However,The best score I have done in competition is 154.8 @ 35hz In MECA @ the headrest.I'm interested to see what other people have done with there avalanches. Also all my builds have been in the bed of the truck behind the midgate.I seem to have maxed out spl numbers the truck will do from the bed.I have tried more power, more subs andnothing seems to help.I current run 2 18's and have rebuilt or modified my current box 7 times in the last few weeks with no major increse in spl. STEvil
probably need some cab/door reinforcement. MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..." Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed.
