dubknight Posted April 8, 2011 Report Posted April 8, 2011 Hey everyone, just needing a bit more information on going one way or the other: DC Audio Level 5 18" or Ascendant Audio Mayhem 18". I would be running two in a ported box. The largest box I can fit in my car would be about 16 cubic feet; I don't believe that will be a limiter... I will only be able to push about 5000 watts RMS due to alternator restrictions I'm currently thinking 2 AQ 2200D's strapped (also any other opinions on this would be great too, I've just heard so much good about AQ) I don't know enough about either to make a strong decision, however from what I've seen I like them both a lot. Can people chime in to add more to this? Thank you in advance for your opinions and help!

Because they are so similar and I can get the Mayhem for cheaper I think I am leaning towards that.. Louder is great, better sounding, although subjective, based on my current knowledge, will hold true. wtf, quadriple post FTL ><
