TeamHT Posted April 9, 2011 Report Posted April 9, 2011 My clamps of the 3000 show right around 3000. Number wise it is a little less but nothing audible. And many hifonics amps do rated. Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?

nickfs442 Posted April 9, 2011 Author Report Posted April 9, 2011 My box right now is huge for my btl as I do not have enough to fully power the btl. 4 cubes at 32 Hz. My voltage stays at around 13.8-14.2 volts. At idle never drops below 13.5. I have a 200 amp alt. Tsunami 1/0 AWG big three and to the back to my kinetik hc800. 8 gauge speaker wire... etc. And no I haven't clamped it, but at the time it was a cheap amp for the "power" and I haven't heard many good stories of my version of amp doing rated power, mostly just negative before you jump on my balls. dimpthepimp Posted April 9, 2011 Report Posted April 9, 2011 I've got an 1600d brutus on two sa12 with a ported box and this thing gets down. Currenty got this thing wired two. 7ohms and it takes it like a champ. It really only get warm..even at some scary voltage. But has'nt cutout yet.
