Mixing sub sizes normally isn't a good thing unless you really know what you're doing(never run them in the same enclosure at the very least). And your subs "buzzing" on certain notes could be your amp sending them a clipped signal causing distortion. Be sure you have your gains set right. I also wouldn't really recommend running two different impedances on the same amp.
