I have looked into all the major hotels but some of the reviews make it hard to pick one. One guest says the place is amazing, the next says it is horrible . Anybody with good advice?? Things are always changing in Vegas but the Cirque De Solei (sp?) shows like O and Ka are fantastic. Last time I was there I saw Holly Madison's Peep Show, and the blue man group. Most of the big shows out there still have walk-up availability for tickets so usually when I'm there I just walk around and see something interesting and go see it. TeamHT Posted April 11, 2011 Report Share Posted April 11, 2011 If you want to spend the money, the Wynn is incredible hands down. My favorites are and will always be the Rio and Caesar's Palace. I hated the Stratosphere, MGM, Hooters and many other places. Obviously walking the strip is going to incredible but look up as many shows as possible. Take a helicopter to the grand canyon. Sky jump at the Stratosphere. Roller coaster at the New York New York. Rent scooters and sight see. Clubbing is fun, but can get VERY expensive.
