Need Help Asap, Stereo Just Got Quite.....

Recommended Posts

now is it the subs that arent as loud or the whole system, cuz the subs like the guy said a few above me could be from a loose vc wire, they would still hit but nothing like b4, but if its your whole system speaks n everything then im def. thinkin voltage drops/ problems, mayb after the batteries if your gauge is reading correctly, or mayb a battery is your problem.

sounds like the voltage issues I was having with my system before the second batteries. The factory volt meter isn't very accurate. I would check the voltage at the amp with a DMM. My voltage was reading a little below 14 at the dash from the factory gauge, and damn near 10 at the amps on the multimeter.

My System:

Pioneer AVH-P3200BT

4-Dayton 7 inch reference series (front doors)

8-Onkyo 3/4 inch tweeters (dash)

1-Sundown Audio 100.4D (mids/highs)

2-18" BTL's (for now)

Crescendo 3kwp (for sale)

Complete rebuild coming soon...
