Mx833
Im buying a newer cavalier and getting ready to start the new system. I want to buy: 2 lv4xl 12's AQ 3500.1 (2) KHC1800's 220 amp alternator question is, what coils would work best if i were to run both xl 12's on the aq 3500, and how should i wire them? also, i want these in the trunk, ported, facing the back. Box should be about 4 cubic feet. Good idea? Let me know what you think!
Supercharged DCs
Two D4ohm subs can be wired down to a 1ohm load on the amp I believe. So I would suggest that. Is that 4 cubic feet before or after displacement? If it's after displacement that seems fine. Quote Bassless once again. Can't seem to keep a system for more than a few weeks Saving for a '06 Nissan 350z, look for build around June 2012.

hdorre
I would get either D.7 or D1, and wire accordingly to Krannys diagram Quote On 5/8/2011 at 7:38 PM, Kranny said: On 5/8/2011 at 7:35 PM, 'Maxim' said: It hurts me inside when I read stuff like this and remember you're 15 LMFAO so true Mitsubishi 3000GT (Old Build) Headunit: Pioneer 80PRS Frontstage: (2) McLaren Audio MLT-2 Tweeters & (4) PRV Audio MR Series Neo 6.5" Mids Substage: 4 15" Hybrid Subs - Tantric Motors & Sundown Softies Amps: Banda 2.4D Amp (Tweets), American Bass VFL 350.4 (Mids), and (2) Ampere 3800s Electrical :Singer 260A Alt & JY Power Lithium 2005 Chevy Colorado Ext Cab Headunit: Pioneer 80PRS Frontstage: 4 PRV 700Ti Tweets & 6 10" Delta Mids on 3000wrms Substage: 6 Fi BTL 18s in a 4th Order Walkthrough on 3 Wolfram 4500s Electrical: Singer "390" and JY Power My Official Feedback Thread
Mx833
that diagram looks great, and d1 coils would be perfect, except i believe the aq3500 (or dc 3.5k) has outputs for multiple speakers(like two pos and two neg i think).. is there way to only run one pos and one neg speaker wire from the amp? Mx833
and yes, about 4 cub feet AFTER displacement, with a sizeable port, tuned to somewhere around 38hz most likely.
