Subaru Imp Outback Hatchback Rebuild 2.0 Done, New vid last page

u ordered a 270ampalt but they gave u a 250, well maybe u should tell them u want some money back then lol

im tuned in though

Yeah they gave me back the price difference.

Ok so I fiber glassed the corners of the box. It probably wont turn out good.. because when I was doing it my resin turned into a solid chunk of jelly. So i poured a little more resin into a new one and did the appropriate amount of hardening again and within 2 mins that batch was solid too. So i said fuck it and just did the last corner without any hardener. This could possibly turn out bad lol.

God i can smell it in my house.. i must of stepped in it or something

Edit: The side i didnt put hardener on is still wet.. i guess thats why its called hardener.... lol maybe it will dry overnight?

you have to add hardener, the reason your stuff is setting up too quick before was because you were using TOO MUCH hardener, was it getting super hot?

dont give up on glassing its easy. just like 10 drops per oz or something like that.

if you cant manage to get it use some caulking.

Yeah it was getting hot. The instructions said 18 drops per ounce.. it seemed like alot. Next time I will probably drop down on the hardener.

That circle guide was a lifesaver. Although i didnt realize i should make 3 passes around instead of trying to do it all at once ><

I also got the Volt meter today. I will have to get some extended wire to do that though. Waiting on Trippi to respond for T2500. Then waiting on deliver of my wires, my crimper, umm probably other stuff and things... :)

Alright, little bit of an update. So I'm still waiting on my wires from Audio savings. They are on the other side of the US from me so it takes forever for stuff to get here from them. I also decided to switch amps, So i bought Trippi's T2500 and T1000.4 Now I have a little more beef going into this system. So I got to wait for that to come too. Good times, Cheers.

on the wires... why not use weldingsupply.com ? they have great pricing and awesome wires especially if you want to do no more than one run from front to back you can get like 2/0 or 3/0 wiring and put that to a distro block... Just sayin' ...

Other than that.. Amazing build going on man...
