GiAnT4LYFE
I quit on Christmas eve, when I was on vacation from work. As others have said the 1st 5 days are the toughest and you truly have to want to quit. I was just sick of not being able to run around at the age of 32 due to the fact I couldn't breathe. So I quit smoking then and joined the gym. Been going steady 5 days a week to the gym since. Seeing myself going from smoking 3/4's pack a day, to 30 lbs lighter, stronger than I've ever been, and more energy than I've had since 2004 has put the thought of every going back completely out of my mind. Good luck to you, but if this is something that you really want, you won't need luck because your will power will be more than enough. bumpinTL364
sort of agreeing with you giant4lye, doing physical activity and seeing smoking's effects on your body definitely helps, even if it's just a 20-30 min walk every other day, you get the feeling that you are trading doing something bad for your health for something good for yourself. good luck to all trying to quit and congrats to those that have Quote masterbation is free, and even saves you money.sorry but someone had to say itsorry, Jimmy...beat you to it (no pun intended) LOLDON'T get a wife. xStatezOfMindZx
Quit 15 years ago, the ladies complained about the smoking. I guess that was my way out. Besides, after my dad was told he has stage 4 lung cancer which spread to his brain about 2 months ago I will never smoke again! Quote 2 Rockford Fosgate Punch P3 P3D412 in a 4.75 cu. ft sealed box.
