Both Amp are about the same price but i dont know which one to get

I want to choose which ever one will play my speaker louder

Rockford Fosgate 50 Watt Amp

http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_19566_Rockford-Fosgate-PRIME-R300-4.html

Pioneer 60 Watt Amp

http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_16645_Pioneer-GM-6400F.html

Both amp are cea-certified so i would pick the pionner cause it has 10 more watts to each speaker. (40 more watts total)

Just to make sure im buying the better amp, whats your guys opinion?

Do you know anything about RF? There stuff is ALWAYS underrated. That 50 watts is probably more like 100watts rms....

I just want to let you know that comparing pioneer to rockford is like apples and oranges man...pioneer is walmart stuff....for the most part.

um ya its definatly not 50 watts more. u crazy? ITS A PRIME AMP NOT A POWER. I dont think U know anything on rf amps

quality over quantity.

so you think the RF amp will give like 55w and be better quality as in speakers not distorting?

Yes....Even prime....If it says RF on it, chances are it is pretty dang underrated....BUT you go ahead and put that shitty pioneer in your whip....since it is rated "better" than RF.

The Rockford is slightly cheaper and better quality.

You honestly wouldnt even hear a difference those "ten extra watts" would make.

By the way, Jmoney, when you get a chance, ask steve or any of the guys running RF amps what they are rated and what their birth sheet says the real power is....

I had a P400-2 that was rated 400RMS bridged at 2 ohms and was actually 687 at 2 ohms.....

KNOW YOUR DAMN ROLE!
