RAM_Designs
If you're going to use a slot port, you're looking at around 24" of height, minimum. RAM_Designs
Or you could save some space by using a single 6" aeroport...but you only have 28" of width to work with, so that won't work. onyx1silverado
So if I go 3 ft total, do I need to make the box a little bigger to compensate for the the port or is it 3 ft and leave it at that. Also can I still do a down firing box? And will going ported sound better in a hatch like my cube than a sealed box. The max dimensions would be 37 wide 13 deep and open to height and that is with subs and port up. And i guess if I were to fire and port back it would be 37 wide 10 deep ? tall Quote Pioneer AVH-P4200DVD Rockford Fosgate T5001 bd-cp 2 DC level 2 12's Focal Access Components in the front Focal Access Coax in the rear doors Rockford Fosgate Punch Boosted Rail 4 channel rms 4x75 XS Power D3400 under the hood Knuconceptz Ultra Fleks Power & Ground

onyx1silverado
I noticed that most of the slot ports seem to be about 4 inches wide or more. Is there anything wrong with going with a 1 or 2 inch slot port so that it doesn't have to be as long?
