  1. It was probably 20 years ago and we went for a ride in my friends GMC Typhoon that his dad had a system in. I don't know the whole setup but all I remember is that the subs were Crunch and I remember another friend of mine had some Volcano subs and a Phoenix Gold amp. I ended up getting that amp and using it on a set of Soundstream SPL 12s in a '93 Thunderbird. Actually what really hooked me on bass was my home setup when I was little. I started with my dad's AAL 12s and when those were shot (dry rot) He went out and got A set of Cerwin Vega VS-120 speakers.
  2. For those times when it get really cold can we use a battery warmer or would it not be a good idea. Just a thought being that we keep up on the charge of these batteries that this might help since the cost really isn't bad either.
  3. I have a shop light with two four foot bulbs that I think would probably do the trick. Either way this stuff sounds good to work with. Especially for first timers.
  4. UV light is UV light no matter where it comes from, weather it's the sun or whatever...but I'm not sure if this stuff needs a certain intensity. I think Steve said a few posts back that if you have UV lamps that will work too.
  5. What about the type of uv light if you can't necessarily get it into the sun?
  6. Order # 80. Had to throw in a shirt and a sticker to my order. Couldn't resist. And I spoke to Kevin and he confirmed that it is a microphone on there. Damn! Ninja'd as I was posting!
  7. My heart started racing just as you stepped off the platform. I like Kranny's reply.
  8. The link takes you to his facebook page. If you look at the facebook comments for the video he replies back to a Sebastian and says it's not published yet. (AMILLION Thanks Sebastian ! Not yet published, but stay tuned !) has other songs on a site called soundcloud and has a link to it on facebook as well.
  9. I'd rather be deaf. With being deaf you can still see and communicating would be easier to overcome than not knowing where you are going. And as said before, not seeing loved ones would be tough too.
  10. It's a 2/12/75 amp charger. The 75 position is for starting instead of using another car to jump the dead one.
  11. I need to pick up a charger for my other batteries and I was wondering if i can kill two birds with one stone and use this with my XS battery too. It has a 2 amp setting and I believe a 12 or 10 amp setting.
  12. hey CJ18 could you send that info my way. I'm curious about what some of the answers were to his option questions. Just for future reference, not trying to waste your time or anything like that. Thanks in advance.
  13. I have a Pioneer AVH P4200DVD that has the sub out with frequency settings and an RF T5001 bd-cp with a crossover (obviously). How would you adjust these with or without the CC-1? I guess this could be a general amp setup question too.
  14. Yeah, I can push on them and they stop. I figured if I had some extra damp pro I could throw it on the trim too. I had someone sideswipe my driver door and they had to replace the door skin so i lost the stinger pro I had on there. Since its tax time and your still having the sale it looks like a good time to finish up the sound deadening. On the overkill do I just tack it in place and put the panel back on and push the clips right through it?
  15. I have a question about trim panels rattling. I have a Cube which is a hatchback and I get a lot of trim panel vibration. What's the best way to combat this? Damp or Damp Pro on the trim? Also I have a DC Exhaust (fart can) and If I put LLP in the hatch area will that cut down on the exhaust drone enough to make it worth buying?
  16. Quit pissin off the mod! It's not a good way to get his day started!
  17. On my Pioneer AVH-P4200DVD HU the subwoofer goes from negative 20 to positive 6. If I turn it up to 6, is that when I'll get the most power from the sub preout or will that be just like a bass boost.
  18. Does anyone know the lowest temperature that Damp Pro can be installed.
