Yo Ray, that´s exactly the best box i could find for the 9512, it didn´t work that well on the 2512, maybe i did something wrong? i dunno, best i could find so far it´s 2-2.2 cubic feet and single 6" , more port and the number started to drop, that´s the best box you could find on a 2512? what car? would like to know this

And are we talking 2.5 total or 2.5 per sub? If it's per sub that's a big ass box for 2 12"s

i know for sure that 9512´s like 2.5 cubic feet per sub and 2 6" aeros , at least that´s what my testings with that sub showed me, man that box was LOUD as hell, but i tried from a single 6" aero to 3 4" aeros on a single 2512 and the score dropped a lot, that´s why i´m asking him to give us (2512´s owners) a little bit more information, now this topic got me interested since Ray knows his shit

Outlaw is definitely possible. I've seen a single 12" SPLX do 151's in a Sebring, sealed off from the trunk.

The title says spl, so I figure he's going with burps.

Does anybody have enclosure plans that have hit 140+ db from a single 2512 with less than 900rms on a daily basis?

Okay so I have settled on a single DD 2512a matched with a clarion dpx11500 amp. Whats the most the 2512 can take in terms of RMS for a long period of time? Looking for about 140-145 all every day without any issues.

I think you lost everyone from talking SPL then pushing it to daily. 150 daily is a feat for any pair of 12s.

Are you still going for 150 daily? If so I don't think anyone will chime in. You'll need to step up the subs and power big time.

Sorry I didn't see your goal change. 140-45 is reasonable but still pushing it for that single driver daily.

I told you to use a bigger amp or maybe something so you woldn´t have to worry about impedance rise if you are looking for a "high" goal with a single 2512, i also told you they can take around 1300-1400 clamped watts without clipping without problems, so yes, that´s a very small amplifier for that sub in order to reach a 145, but if you set your goal just to hit a 140 it´s good, consider everything above that a bonus, good luck!
