Actually, forget it. I personally think I'm skinny enough to just do ab work outs and eventually get a noticeable 6 pack. And if I don't, well then I'm going to also add running onto my list to lose even MORE fat. Thanks for all the help guys.

It's not about being skinny, yes you have to have to have a low body fat percentage to have a 6 pack but your body needs the right food, mainly protein and iron to build muscle. That's why body builders eat meat, fish, and dairy like there is about to be a famine.

working your abs does nothing for a six pack guys, you can not pinpoint fat loss either. only way to get it is to drop your bf% to around 8-12% then you will get a six pack

i say.... bulk up, like ALOT. then cut down... i would NOT try to do cutting getting ripped process with no muscles, that's just me though.

im 220, 6'2. which i should start cutting soon, hopefully ill get to 200.
