And if I don't, well then I'm going to also add running onto my list to lose even MORE fat. Thanks for all the help guys. It's not about being skinny, yes you have to have to have a low body fat percentage to have a 6 pack but your body needs the right food, mainly protein and iron to build muscle. That's why body builders eat meat, fish, and dairy like there is about to be a famine.
