Is this legal? Extreme disrespect from Manager

this is a long read but its worth it. ever since these private guys bought the Turtle Wax location where i have worked since november 2009, it has been going to hell. now mind you there are 3 owners who all share it and one manager. the manager is the problem. things went smoothly when they first took over december 1st 2010, but this is just getting ridiculous. here are some things that tick me off about this manager.

1) he is quite racist for a mid 50's man with health problems

2) disrespects my coworkers and i, either by swearing or telling/forcing us to do things in a less-efficient manner. (for example, told me to pull a customers car into the detail shop in order to replace 2 windshield wipers, to which i said fuck that since it would have wasted massive amounts of time, and did it in a minute infront of the customer)

3) disrespects customers, hell he even once yelled at one of my coworkers IN FRONT of a customer.

heres some things he does with #1. one time when the owners needed my SS card and license to copy for tax purposes or something, i wasnt able to give them it until about a week and a half later as i wasnt working because they kept telling me to stay home. then when i did give them it, i handed them both to the cashier (wonderful girl) and she walked into the office to hand the manager the cards. i was standing right next to the door yet i was out of sight. i hear her tell him "heres steve's SS and license" then i hear this come out of his mouth. "its about time, i was going to send him back to greece". this ticked me off to no fucking belief. i thought my ears deceived me so i asked the cashier if he actually said that and she said yes.

another thing with #1. while i was setting up wireless internet for the building, i was talking to a coworker of mine about some computer classes that he was taking. he said his teachers name was Mr. Polak (yes, really). i then hear my manager, who was standing nearby, say "heh heh steves teacher was Mr. Greek"...what...the...fuck. i was so close to decking him in the face.

#2. disrespect towards coworkers. EVERY TIME one of us does something that he doesnt like, which 99% of the time would have been fine with Turtle Wax's policies, he would yell and swear up a storm. im talking about multiple "fuck" and "shit" and the likes. he always yells at us for not moving fast enough when there is only 1 or 2 customers' cars in the entrance with 4 guys doing what they can to them (vaccuming etc). then when he tries to do things, he is the slowest i have ever seen anyone work there (mind you we have a 60 year old man working there that is MUCH faster).

another funny story that pissed me off. this one customer wanted a rewash because the back of her car was quite dirty, i said absolutely no problem. i took the car, drove it back to the entrance and parked it to help the other cars that were in front of me get through a little faster. my manager proceeds to sit in the car that i told him multiple times that i was going to take care of PERSONALLY (you would take this as im going to do this completely myself, yes?). he pulls the car up going literally slower than walking speed. mind you there is a 90 degree left turn that you must make in order to put the car onto the line so that it may go through the wash. he fails to do this and must back the car up and try again....twice. mind you this is a fucking Buick Rendevous, its not a huge vehicle. then when he manages to get the front tire on the line, the back tire doesnt line up. i tell him to stop multiple times and back up. when he decides to listen, he backs up and tries to turn the wheel while the front tire is still on the line. he keeps trying to turn the wheel and ends up popping off a hubcap. NEVER have i seen this done before. it took him a good 5 minutes to actually successfully drive the car onto the line.

the reason i am saying this is because he says he has 25 years of experience and has done 250,000 cars. then i heard him change that number to 300,000 when he was lecturing my coworker who has worked there for a better part of a decade and is one of the best detailer's i have seen. my coworker proceeds to say "wow Ray your numbers seem to be going down" which means that he told him a HIGHER number than 300,000. i almost busted out laughing when i heard him say that. now then, why would a man with "25" years experience yell at us constantly for doing things that he cant even do himself? fucking flawed logic, yes? all the owners drained their life savings in order to buy this place and the only reason they did so is because my manager had all the "experience" yet he is dragging this place into the ground.

edit: what the hell should i do? every single coworker of mine absolutely hates this man with a passion.

edit 2: for an example of how much i dislike this man, every time i talk about him my heart races and my hands shake. i cannot look this man straight in the eye. i simply cannot do it.

Try and record him talking trash and then do as u please...i personally blackmailed my boss with like 20 recordings of him calling our janitor a "lazy black"...also calling a heavy set forklift driver "too much stress on the forklift...ur fatness breaks the machine and ill make sure ur wife puts u on a much needed diet"...this shit came in handy when negotiating my new contract...hey it got me and the victims a 30% raise...we would of made a killing on the lawsuit but fuck it...u gotta remind them that without u the job wont get done...if u get all together u can eliminate this guy...

i forgot to mention this. they have talked to him on several occasions about his behavior yet i see little change.

here is another example of him being a manipulative motherfucker. this happened fairly recently actually, last week saturday. i was going to fill one of my tires up with air because it was low. the cashier working at the time wanted me to check on her car since her low pressure light was on, i said oh yea no problem (business was slow anyway so i had plenty of time to kill). then my other boss (iirc hes the brother to the CEO, awesome guy) wanted me to do the same. i said sure (i really had no problem doing this). as i was doing the cashiers car, my manager comes and tells me "oh steve you're all over it today" meaning that im taking care of business or something...when not even an hour prior he yelled at me for doing something that was out of my hands. i mean COME ON. what the hell is that shit? he constantly does it to everyone.

also, heres another one of his "experience" things. he always thought that claybar'ing a car did jack shit. i mean come on im fucking 18 and i know better than that. he had to be shown by the detailer whom i talked about previously that it actually does fucking work.

oh yea, another one of his "experience" things. this is how he cleans an engine bay. he takes the 1000psi power washers that we use to prep the cars before they go through the wash, and massacres the shit out of the engine. i mean hes getting within a few inches of the alternator, power steering, heads, plastic parts, etc. i personally saw this on a 2007 LTZ tahoe that belonged to a dealership.

how so? he constantly is making jokes about greeks (the mr greek and sending me back to greece when i was born in illinois). he also makes fun of my name. my real name is Stelio. this is his take on my name. he sometimes calls me Stavros because, and i quote, "its a combination of your first and last name". now HOW THE FUCK is that a combination of Stelio Kraniotis? its stuff like this that makes me want to lay him out
