z_ro
how do you upload a song on the internet?? I was going to upload it to mediafire. Fast servers and you dont have to wait to download. hahahaha question how do you tell what freq you slow to in audacity If you are asking what i think you are asking.... Highlight like 15 to 20 seconds of the part you know the bass is at. Select analyze then Plot Spectrum. Algorithm should be set to spectrum. size: 16384 function: Hanning window Axis: Log frequency It will show you the Peak notes. Run your mouse over them to see what they are. memphisBred
Highlighting one second instead of 15-20 gives you a more accurate dB reading of that particular frequency. But if you just want to see what notes are in the song, then doing it how z-ro said will work great. memphisBred
To slow it down to mid 30's it's going to require the song be slowed by about 35%, which will sound like ass, IMO. memphisBred
Slowing it by 35% will get you the mid to upper 30's. Which will sound like ass, IMO. Slowing it to 42 or so Hz, it may sound alright. Quote SMD Super Seller/Buyer Audison----Hertz----Rainbow
zayres29
i slowed it to 60% and it sounds ok to me but i know what you mean about sounding like ass when its slowed too much Quote Btw that was the first person.
