get a rag and paint thinner to clean up the over spray and it will look much nicer.

looks like you should have used a red sanding pad with water first then used a flex additive with some primer over that. Then spray your paint and put some clear down. If you get any dust or nibs in the paint just sand them out with some 2000 then polish it out. Your guaranteed a good looking paint job even with a rattle can.
