So i did that but now i cant download anything from the internet...Such as Mozilla and Yahoo messenger and it takes forever to load pages... What laptop model do you have? You need to reinstall all the drivers for your laptop hardware. It would be on a DVD disc, if you don't have one all you need is your laptop model number and make and enter it into google. I've tried to have him check internet explorers security settings, windows firewall, and device manager for faulty drivers.
