Torres
just add a toggle switch in line with the remote wire going to the amps. then mount the switch anywhere you'd like. then the switch will cut the remote wire power telling the amps to turn on or off. kevinb721
you might need some sort of switch panel and run 4 remote wires to the panel so u can switch off and on what you want Quote 12" fi q rf t10001 naw mean

kevinb721
sorry kinda lost so if i had 4 switches run the remote wire from each amp to each switch than run it off the head unit do u think that would work sounds like it would. just run all those 4 wires from each switch into like a distribustion thingy (maybe a huge butt end connector of some sort) and run 1 run of remote wire to the head unit. should work edit: maybe this will help...i guess this is what you're talking about Edited October 1, 2007 by kevinb721 Quote 12" fi q rf t10001 naw mean

Godsmack
run a wire from the battery, use a distro block to the switches then from switches to the amps. Doing it that way is a good way to say good bye to your remote wire. J Quote "No poor dumb bastard ever won a war by dying for his country. L561W
I read awhile back that when using any kind of toggle switch on the remote lead you need to have a relay in the line somewhere to keep from frying the wire to the HU

J good look on that, i wasnt entirely sure what to use, so a distro block would work fine. and yeah run it to the battery not the head unit.
