Mx833
2001 Chevy Cav, n im gettin (2) DC 4xl 12's, planning on running them with the DC3.5k. Having trouble deciding the electrical? what alternator upgrade should i do? what kinetik batts should i put in the back(assuming i keep the stock under the hood). thanks //mx833
Robert8252
I don't really know kinetic batteries but replace the front one with the biggest that will fit and a hc2000 or so in back. XS battery would be about the same. Biggest up front and a d3400 in back. Close to a 250amp alt would work. 2013 F150 Crew Cab Old Build Log Feedback 2013 F150 Equipment - Some Awesome Stereo Sound Making Stuff
Mx833
i have an aftermarket battery up front already i guess, so with the khc2000 in the back and most likely a 220amp alternator, i should be good?
Team_DC-Derrick
I would do 2 2400s in the back... 3 if you got the cash, audiosavings.com sells them the cheapest ive found..... 1 200a alt and 2 kinetik 2400s i was dropping down to 13.4s with 1 audiopipe 3000 wired at 1.4 *its a 2 ohm bridged amp* The DC Integra 3 18s to 6 15 build log Team_DC-Derrick's Youtube Team DC Audio where theres a will theres a wall.......
