Now...how much power are you feeding the alpines? And have you been able to locate the source of the noise? Is it coming from the subs? Have you checked the tinsels? Could be bottoming out...any images to the box design?

I'm pretty sure but not 100% its the baffle. the box is a shared chamber single port 42 wide 10 high and 20 deep. sub up port up. they sounded great for the first 3 hours so would it have bottomed out then?

for one the song on my level is clipped to shit and needs to be played at a lower volume than most songs.. the subs arent in there proper box..

wat? since when are you supposed to play clipped songs at a lower volume level? just dont play them at all. and OP, just buy $5-10 worth of 3/4-1" dowel rod and brace the box.
