Bumpindemlowzz
port area per foot is 13.62 Net Volume is 7.81cuft Tuning Freq is 33.4z I want to add another 3/4" mdf on top of the enclosure to make subs flush and 45 deg angle all corners and resin inside then carpet it black. My question is this box usable? could i get a cutsheet and is it possible to get away with using only one sheet of 3/4 mdf. 412 CVX
Help! as long as you added the displacement of the 45's right then it should work just fine.... try using google sketchup to help get a cutlist, it's free and easy (that's what she said ) and it works for me edit: are you doing the resin 45's in every single corner of the box? 1/4 of a cubic foot seems a bit much for bracing, unless there's some other bracing you haven't mentioned? 412 CVX
your drawing isn't all too detailed, but based on what the calculator is saying it looks fine. not sure what AQ recommends as far as the box size goes though. essentially if you haven't lied to the calculator, the calculator won't lie to you Quote Just say no to Ground Pounder Customs. Bumpindemlowzz
so i make 2- port pieces? cvx yeah i plan to do resin 45's and no other bracing because im doing a double baffle. baffle isnt counted for because its on the outside and will make it so the subs are "flush" with box and where the port is ill be 45ing the 2nd baffle if that makes sense.
