Fix it through those bus bars huh. subs are not going to blow from touching one coil to the other.. what do you think you do to wire it down?? lol.. hmm run a wire from one coil to the other.. lol.. and it takes alot more then that to blow an apx.. The idea of running the wires outside the box are GREAT!! Why not just run them straight to the amp? Because you're running multiple subwoofers I assume? A bussbar in my opinion is just as conductive as wire to terminal to bolt to terminal to wire to amplifier. I believe if there is a loss it would have more to do with wire length and gauge than hook up... I believe if there is a loss it would have more to do with wire length and gauge than hook up... ya.. i run 4 subs.. 2 pairs to 2 amps strapped.. and ya your going to lose more with the bolts but its not enough to worry about.. and depending upon what bolts you use.. the few guys i see run them use brass.. but ya if your running one sub per amp just run em out and keep going.. the buss bars are just for ease of witing and changing ohm loads..
