Supercharged DCs
I believe you can wire the positive on the volt meter to the remote wire, but if I'm wrong, just get a toggle switch Quote Bassless once again. blownengine
What volt meter did you buy? Im assuming it only has positive and negative but no remote? Without the remote it will stay on 24/7. Supercharged DCs
Is there a way to wire it so it only sees power when the truck is on then? Quote Bassless once again. Supercharged DCs
Oh okay teejaybee, my bad. Just get a toggle switch and mount it on your dash somewhere. That should work it's what I'm gonna have to do when I hook mine up. Lucky for me, I already have an extra toggle switch not wired to any accessory Quote Bassless once again. blownengine
Toggle. Or a relay. Relay would be easier. No way to forget to turn it off. Supercharged DCs
I understand. I believe I have the same meter as OP. Kinda threadjacking, but does this make sense? I got my meter in a few days ago. I hooked it up like op, and it came on. But the amp seemed to push less power. It wasn't getting nearly as loud, and when I unplugged it, it got loud again.
