Quiet Posted May 22, 2011 Report Posted May 22, 2011 Ughh what does double baffle mean I keep hearing it!!!!!! Seriously? Take one baffle, spread a lot of glue on it, then put another baffle on top. Use clamps or concrete blocks to put pressure between the two. Let dry for a day then make your cutout... really slow... Quote 2007 Pacifica Rebuild. Less quiet. Still not loud.
