xballking21 Posted May 20, 2011 Report Share Posted May 20, 2011 ill be playing my system around volume 15 and thats pretty loud im hitting around a 141db with that but if i turn my volume up past 23-30 it seems like my voltage is dropping almost even though i have a second battery and 0 gauge wire the sub is like cutting out it sounds like and it totally sounds like crap but at volume 15-20 its hitting though any ideas on what it could be box amp???? Are you getting the full 2000RMS ot just cranking your gain up? 3.5cft sounds like its too small to me. Hes running 2000RMS its the BRz2000.1 but his electrical looks on the small side. Stock alternators DONT like over 2000RMS and could be casuign massive clipping. What headunit? whats max volume? what preout voltage is it?
