pour a third of it in your oil about 100 miles before your oil change..

get the car up to temp then use the brake booster line on the car put into the can and keep it running it will wanna die*. then let the seafoam kill the motor.. pour whatevers left in the gas tank. then let it set for 15 mins and then start it back up and go run the HELL outta the car. the sooner you drive it the better.

and seafoam has saved my ass more times than not. btw i would only suggest the seafoam treatment in the brake booster line if your planning on doing new spark plugs after.

it will only help sticky/ticking lifters if its poured in the oil a hundred or so miles before the oil change.
