juiced
truck is 92 chevy 1500. just had alarm put in and alarm unlocks but doesn't lock doors. it sounds like its locking but nothing. a friend told me that the power locks had a weird reverse polarity. does this sound like the reason? honestly when I picked up the truck I was more focused on the auto start and how it worked. like I said it sounds like its locking when armed. any ideas? Paul M
Hmm... Ask the installer to look at it, so you don't void any potential warranty. But I'm thinking it may be the actuators? I'm also not a genius when it comes to this type of stuff.
juiced
forgot to ask but switching the led alarm light is basic right? was wanting to add one of the Knight rider scanner types. think I found one for a decent price.

Krazykid122
i put my own alarm in, and from experience, maybe he put the lock and unlock triggers on the unlock on the door, instead of lock/lock and unlock/unlock. id say take it back to him Quote 02 Dodge Durango 1 Fi SP4 18" .v2 Sundown SCV3k @.5 Ohms XS D3100 up front Northstar SMS AGM 400 in the back All XS Power 0ga OFC 240a Apex h/o alternator Pioneer AVH-X2500BT HU Dual 0ga runs from the alt to battery Dual 0ga runs from battery to amp
