Q15 Or Rl-p15 On 800w

im still debating this one. rf power1000 5channel is going to be used @ 800w@1 ohm. all electrical upgrades (big3, 200a alt, 1/0, khc1400) and geared toward hard rock/hip-hop. will the q sound better underpowered a little or the rl-p at rms. they both cost the same and will be put in 4cuft@30Hz crx style box in 01' eclipse

I currently have a 15 Fi Q getting about 1100-1200 and it sounds great and gets plenty loud but i don't think i would like it underpowered by around 200W
