VIPmeetSPL Posted August 6, 2011 Report Share Posted August 6, 2011 looking good man. did you fix your signal issue? i didnt get to that yet. ill deal with that once the amps are in i see that you posted that u would take the capacitor out and use the buss bars instead. how do bussbars really work? sorry for being such a noob nvm, did some reading and i answered my own question lol. i do have 1 question though can i use this method lets say if i wanted to move my amps around but my wiring is not long enough. can i use this to lets say a method of coupling together to add different wire with length enough for all of this? i have no idea what youre asking. ill gladly help you if you can write it understandably ok sorry lol. well i made this install in my car and dont have much power wireleft back there lets say to move theyre location around. can i possibly use a buss bar to bring the power to there and then get more wire to place my amps wherever i please. using the bussbars as kind of a splice? After I'm done with the Lexus I'm Def going to start on my 2000 Audi a4 but for now i have my handsfull...and pockets empty lol. 6berry Posted August 16, 2011 Author Report Share Posted August 16, 2011 finally got a few updates! but no pictures started screwing the box together and working on making lip for the removable port wall to bolt to when i realzed i had a small problem. see how at the bottom of this the two pieces of wood meet at the edge? this leaves nowhere to seat it and no way to seal it off. i kinda found a solution though but its gonna lower my port area to 87 inches and my tuning to 52 Hz.
