matt402 Posted June 16, 2011 Report Posted June 16, 2011 the ratios are always ported:sealed. go a bit smaller on the sealed chambers like i suggested (1-1.2 per side). u really only have enough room for about ~1.5:1 ratio, but it should play quite well for daily & have a good bandwidth. Quote
6berry Posted July 7, 2011 Author Report Posted July 7, 2011 Alright so i was working on designing a 4th order for 4 10's. i decided on 2.6 sealed and 5.2 ported tuned to 43-45. i plotted 4 DC level 3's and 4 T3 t.600's. Can someone tell me which of these would be more desirable for a daily driver? they both have almost the same bandwidth but the t3's have a peak at 45 Hz that goes up to 12Db The t3's are blue and the dc are green.
