Forevrbumpn Posted October 11, 2007 Report Share Posted October 11, 2007 roundover router bit, atleast a 5/8s or up to a 3/4" add a second mdf ring on the outside, counter sink the port in to the mdf, use the mdf ring on the outside, use a following bit to get the inside cut matched up, and then proceed to round over, should do the inside as well.... I REALLY gotta take pics of doing this myself Quote I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes.
