pvg Posted June 29, 2011 Author Report Posted June 29, 2011 Update!!!! I wasn't satisfied with the box. It was around 40HZ, to much so time for a rebuild. At first the new calculations. Im not going to buy a lot of wood, i'm going to recycle the old box. First time with the saw 10 centimeters of the box on 1 side. Now it fits perfect in the trunk. The result. Wrecking the old port. Time to cut the old screws. A box with no screws sticking out. When you cut a screw it gets freaking hot, its not a good idea to put your hand on a hot screw. A nice smell of burning flesh and a screwtattoo XD. Starting the whole for the port. When i was busy i got a VIP helping me out. The spider from SOUNDSTREAM, the one and only. The port. To smoothen things out liquid wood. Next time i got get some more wood. To be continued! I like Pugs When will it be done,, maybe never.
pvg Posted July 6, 2011 Author Report Posted July 6, 2011 I have been working on the inside of the box. With 6 euro's of wood for the corners and some more woodglue. Both top and bottum were done. This is how it looks on the inside. The box in the trunk.(V2 lower with 32 HZ tuned port.) What need to be done! * Paint the box. (Still dont know what collor) * Sound deadnen the doors. * Fix the doorspeakers to better quality. * Maybe a cover for the seats. (better then stock) * Buy some more stuff for the car!!! (If i do and i make a accident then im F*CK*D) The last demo. All of the car audio parts i took out of the car and into the box.( So i dont lose it.) I like Pugs When will it be done,, maybe never.

pvg Posted August 16, 2011 Author Report Posted August 16, 2011 The car is now fixed, so i can drive. The car is good got 310 000 kilometer on the dial. ( The guy at the garage said it can run more the 400 000 with normal driving so.) About the Amp. I got it bridged enough power for the single sub at the moment, im still a student so need to save some money to. About the port in the box. It can shread paper but the port blast to the trunk and a bit deadner wont help. Maybe when i got time i give the box a re make. Bigger port maybe facing up. dont know for sure yet. Still busy with work so dont have any time to do wood work on the box. Thanks for the comments and advise. For the dutch guys. Ik werk in de horeca dus erg rare dagen werken en vaak op zondagen vrij dat er geen winkels open zijn. ( en bij ons op het dorp word het niet ge waardert als je gaat zagen of te veel herrie maakt. Maar werken en daarna weer school. Dus drukke tijd In english i work in a restaurant, a lot of strange days work late . Free on sonday, at our village they hate it when you make a lot of noise on sondays because of church . I like Pugs When will it be done,, maybe never.
